- 10 December 1988: "The Evolution of Doctor Who", The Five Doctors and Robot are shown during a Pledge Night to tease the start of the series. (It's possible "The Evolution of Doctor Who" was the re-edited 1987 version of the Lionheart Promotional video; if not, we have no idea what it was!)
- 10 February 1989: The Tom Baker episodes begin, Friday nights at 11:00.
- 8 May 1992: After more than a year off, the series returns with the Sylvester McCoy episodes.
- 13 July 1992: The Jon Pertwee stories begin.
- 15 January 1993: Tom Baker returns.
- 29 October 1993: Peter Davison premieres.
- 11 March 1994: The Colin Baker stories begin.
- 17 June 1994: Sylvester McCoy returns.
- 16 September 1994: The William Hartnell stories begin.
- 13 January 1995: The Patrick Troughton stories begin.
- 11 August 1995: Tom Baker returns, followed by Peter Davison.
- 6 September 1996: The series ends with 30 Years in the Tardis.
