  • 21 March 1987: The Deadly Assassin screens. Half-way through, the story stops for a pledge break. (See below)
  • 3 October 1987: Peter Davison begins.
  • 30 January 1988: The Colin Baker stories begin.
  • 16 April 1988: Sylvester McCoy begins.
  • 14 May 1988: William Hartnell premieres.
  • 24 September 1988: The Patrick Troughton stories begin.
  • 5 November 1988: The complete Jon Pertwee package begins airing.
