SCOTLAND is part of the United Kingdom. As such, it received BBC transmissions from London.

However, from time to time it's regional station BBC Scotland's daily schedules differed to make way for local and regional programming, and series such as Doctor Who were sometimes shown on dates or times that were different to the rest of the network:
