KVVU

Channel 5 (Independent)

  • 1978-79: Las Vegas is named in the 16 August 1978 issue of Variety magazine (see United States--1978) as purchasing the Tom Baker stories. The 6 July 1979 issue of Back Stage magazine identifies this as KVVU. Variety again mentions "KVVU-TV" in its 2 July 1980 issue - see clipping on the United States--1980 page. However, we have been unable to find any listings for Doctor Who on this station.
  • 14 May 1996: Now a Fox affilitate, the TV movie airs.
