- 6 March 1983: Once Upon a Time Lord airs.
- 17 March 1984: The Five Doctors airs.
- 13 October 1984: Begins with Dr. Who in America, followed by an episode in its regular timeslot, Saturdays at 9pm.
- 14 September 1985: A second run begins, this time with episodes out of order.
- 17 May 1986: The Peter Davison episodes begin.
- May 1987: The Jon Pertwee episodes premiere.
- 15 August 1987: Moves to 10pm.
- 27-28 November 1987: Pertwee arrives in Houston with the Doctor Who USA Tour. He appears on a special program called Dr Who Live! running from 8.30pm to 3am, which includes an in-studio interview with him, plus a screening of Planet of the Spiders, followed by Robot and The Ark in Space.
- 8 July 1989: Sylvester McCoy premieres.
- 20 May 1989: Moves to 2pm.
- 2 January 1993: The series ends.
