- 1986: Screened the repackaged Jon Pertwee stories at 10.30pm, including The Ambassadors of Death.
- 1987: November 14 - Pertwee visited the city while touring with the Doctor Who Bus travelling exhibition. At 8.00pm that night, in honour of his visit, The Five Doctors aired, followed by the regular scheduled episode at 10.00pm.
