- 6 February 1984: The Tom Baker stories commence, weekdays at 7.00pm.
- Genesis of the Daleks aired the week of 20 February 1984.
- Image of the Fendahl aired from 4 June 1984.
- The Sun Makers aired from 8 June 1984.
- 1986: The series screened episodically weekdays, at 6.30pm, with a late night omnibus edition on Sundays.
- 7 December 1986: Sunday night compilations replace the daily airings.
- 1987: The 17 repackaged William Hartnell stories, five Patrick Troughton stories and 24 Jon Pertwee stories aired.
- 15 August 1987 The War Games is broadcast in its entirety, episodically, from 6:00 to 11:00pm. Pledge breaks occurred between episodes: after episode one; after episode two; after episode five (including the February 1987 Atlanta, Georgia, interview with Sylvester McCoy); and after episode ten:
- 29 February 1992: WLIW drops the series.
