Doctor Who Then & Now was a special produced by the New Jersey Network in 1987.
It also aired on a number of PBS stations on Saturday, March 12, 1988.
The 50 minute special was hosted by Eric Luskin, and featured prerecorded interviews with Terry Nation, Verity Lambert, Carole Ann Ford, Patrick Troughton and newly-cast seventh Doctor, Sylvester McCoy in his first major US interview.
The special was later released in the UK as a Reeltime Pictures VHS in 2001, with a DVD edition - paired with Doctor Who's Who's Who - released in 2004.
