When Doctor Who screened in Kuwait in the late 1970s, the population was 830,000, and licensed TV sets numbered 130,000 (per WRTH, 1974).

Kuwait began its television service in XXXX.

Kuwait is not named in The Seventies, The Handbook or DWM. The only indication that the series may have aired there was the markings on the PAL video tapes that had been returned to the BBC form Dubai in 1991 – labels attached to the tapes themselves identified a Kuwait TV broadcaster. (Of course, this might merely be a transportation sticker, rather than ones of broadcast...)
