  • 20 January 1974: The series makes its first of many moves, to Sundays at 3:30.
  • 26 October 1974: After several preemptions for football and baseball, Doctor Who returns, now Saturday mornings at 11:00.
  • 1 March 1975: 11am becomes 10am ...
  • 19 July 1975: ... becomes 10:30.
  • 13 September 1975: The series is taken off the air for seven months.
  • 3 April 1976: A surprise midnight showing is followed by three weeks of preemptions until Doctor Who returns to Saturday mornings, this time 9:30.
  • 4 December 1976: Doctor Who takes the winter and spring off after several preemptions and time changes.
  • 3 July 1977: One final run, now Sundays at 11am.
  • 4 September 1977: Doctor Who ends.
